We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Uniting Aged Care. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, and mealtime support.
- Assist with medication management and simple wound dressings.
- Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- A competitive hourly rate of up to $31.24, plus super and maximum allowable NFP tax benefits.
