Enterprise Security Strategist

As a pivotal member of our technology and security function, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft an exceptional employee experience through secure technology solutions. Your expertise in defining and implementing business-aligned architectural strategies for workforce identity, enterprise networks, and security platforms will be instrumental in shaping the technological vision of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute architectural strategies that align with business objectives and drive scalability and robustness in our security systems and staff-facing platforms.
  • Collaborate with the architecture group to integrate technical vision into the broader business strategy and ensure seamless alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with teams from Security, Enterprise Technology, and Workforce Identity to capture requirements and influence decision-making processes.
  • Design controls and frameworks that meet the needs of diverse user personas across the company.
  • Ensure the integrity and scalability of our security systems and staff-facing platforms by guiding the selection of technologies and designing solutions that are secure, robust, and scalable.
  • Drive the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technology roadmap aligns with our business goals and supports our growth. You will also be part of our cross-functional architecture group, driving our overarching technology vision for the business.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of enterprise technologies, security technology and controls, workforce identity and access management technologies, cloud technologies, software architecture patterns, and Agile methodologies. Experience in related roles, including 10+ years in similar positions, is required. Experience in marketplace and/or digital pure play companies with proven track records of leading large-scale architectural projects is highly valued.
