Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Women's Coach to join our coaching group and football department.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the game, be able to relate to and develop our players as people and as footballers, and have a strong desire for the growth of the Women's team.

We pride ourselves on having a great culture that attracts players from all over Brisbane. Kenmore has strong links with local schools and junior football clubs, providing opportunities for player development and growth.

The successful applicant will be provided with support from our management team, access to sports trainers and physios, and established strength and conditioning programs.

  • Create and implement a training schedule and game day strategy for the team.
  • Deliver consistent application of standards to improve our players' skills.
  • Develop and implement effective coaching plans to meet the needs of our players.

The successful applicants will also have:

  • A minimum AFL Level 1 accreditation (or willingness to complete the course soon).
  • A passion for AFL and player development.
  • A Blue Card accreditation.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of AFL principles and a proven ability to develop and implement effective coaching plans.

You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
