The Role

We are seeking experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians to join our Operations & Maintenance team at the Edinburgh RAAF Base in SA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Australia Defence environment and support the national security requirements of the Nation.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance and service of fuel installation assets and equipment, diagnostics and repair in a breakdown environment, project work, and supporting subcontracted work packages as required.

Our salary package includes:

  • Level 1 - $44.28 p/h + Super - Plus Licence Allowance (48.79 Weekly) & Tool Allowance ($35.27 Weekly)
  • Level 2 - $47.76 p/h + Super - Plus Licence Allowance (48.79 Weekly) & Tool Allowance ($35.27 Weekly)
  • Level 3 (Dual Trade) - $51.26 p/h + Super - Plus Licence Allowance (48.79 Weekly) & Tool Allowance ($35.27 Weekly)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an A-grade electrical licence with relevant post-trade experience, proven experience working in fixed plant maintenance, ideally fuel services or Oil & Gas, and EEHA trained essential. A Cert III / IV Instrumentation qualification is advantageous, as is confined space and working at heights tickets.

Safety is at the forefront of everything you do, and you must currently hold, or be able to obtain, appropriate Defence Security Clearance.
