Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, with experience in inventory management, packaging, and shipping.
Your Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Organize, load, and unload inventory in the warehouse to ensure efficient and accurate storage and retrieval.
- Packaging and Shipping: Package products for safe transport to customers, review delivery notes and shipping documents for accuracy, and liaise with transportation providers to ensure prompt movement of shipments.
- Communication: Communicate effectively between Sales, Project Management, and the Warehouse team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks.
- Quality Control: Maintain quality standards of all services provided, perform inventory counts, and follow existing processes and procedures.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
About You:
- Experience: Have previous experience in a warehouse environment (highly favored).
- Skills: Be proficient in English, spoken and written, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, pay attention to detail, and have a friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
