Sports Medicine Specialist

About the Role
As a full-time Sports Medicine Specialist, you will be providing high-quality treatment to our patients to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation, and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting. You will work across a variety of case presentations and clients in our private practice. We value holistic, patient-centered care while supporting our practitioners with professional development opportunities and a very well-structured mentorship program.
Your Key Responsibilities
Assessing and diagnosing a variety of different musculoskeletal and/or sporting injuries
Drawing on your clinical knowledge to create and implement appropriate treatment plans
Providing the appropriate manual therapy, exercise prescription, education, and other modalities as per the treatment plan
Engaging with other Allied Health Professionals, GPs, Surgeons, Sports Physician's, and other Healthcare Professionals, as required, to help provide holistic care to patients
Writing reports such as initial reports, progress reports, and final reports or treatment management plans to update referrers

Professional registration with AHPRA
