Exercise Physiologist

**About the role**

Our Croydon team at LifeCare is growing and as a result, we are looking for an Exercise Physiologist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.

This role is open to new/upcoming graduates or experienced clinicians.

You will be providing high-quality treatment to our patients to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting. You will work across a variety of case presentations and clients in our private practice.

**In this role you will be...**
- Using your clinical knowledge to create and implement appropriate treatment plans to target the goals of the patient with a particular focus on achieving functional goals and supporting independent living
- Engaging with other Allied Health Professionals, GP’s, Surgeon’s, Sports Physician’s and other Health Care Professionals as required to provide effective care to patients
- Communicating effectively with third party providers, case managers and other stakeholders.
- Writing reports such as initial reports, progress and final reports and treatment management plans which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers.
