About the Opportunity
This role is designed to provide high-quality nursing resource and education to clients of our Transition Care Service. It involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery.
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team in Townsville. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering quality patient care.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing nursing resource and education to clients across various settings;
- Collaborating with Geriatric Medicine to oversee patient flow and clinical management;
- Supporting the development of a supportive workplace culture that fosters collaboration, inclusion, and professional growth;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position;
- Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field (highly desirable);
