Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Join Lendi Group as a Finance Business Partner and be part of a dynamic team that drives business strategy and growth. As a key member of the Finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and support to enable strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor business and cost trends, and provide insightful financial and commercial insights to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Be the subject matter expert and go-to Finance contact across functional areas, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and deliver the annual Budget, periodic forecasts, and input into Board reporting and Investor presentations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models in Anaplan, supporting business adoption and process improvement.
  • Prepare ad hoc business case financials to test commercial viability of business decisions.
  • Responsible for monthly results, including analytical commentary to discuss with senior leaders of the business.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, leveraging technology to enhance reporting and forecasting.
  • Lead by example and influence as a key member of the Business Partnering team, with 1 direct report.
  • Partner with the financial reporting and operations team to contribute to overall financial control effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Qualified CPA or CA or equivalent.
  • Previous background in finance business partnering and in an FP&A role.
  • Advanced level of Excel modelling skills (Anaplan experience beneficial but not required).
  • Analytical, with a strong eye for detail and high commercial acumen to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Collaborative working style to partner business stakeholders, management, and finance colleagues.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, curious, proactive, and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Effective time management, ability to meet deadlines, and operate under time pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior industry experience in banking or sales distribution beneficial but not required.
  • Experience in end-to-end leadership of risk management in complex corporate environments highly regarded.
  • Working knowledge of BI tools beneficial.
  • Commitment to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
