Embark on a transformative journey as a Senior Business Analyst Human Capital Management within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of Human Capital Management and ERP processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for enhancement.

  • Collaborate with the HCM Delivery Lead to confirm system configurations meet project goals and ongoing business-as-usual requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an end-to-end Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments, focusing on Human Capital Management and SAP modules.
  • In-depth understanding of business processes related to Human Capital Management, including compliance requirements relevant to large organisations.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, such as user story creation and facilitating iterative development cycles.
  • Exceptional documentation abilities with a proven track record of producing clear business process maps and functional specifications.
  • Experience working with HCM software or ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle or ADP) is highly desirable.
