Job Title: Specialised Support Worker

HammondCare At Home is seeking dedicated individuals to provide care and support to clients across various locations.

  • Deliver vital assistance to enable older people to live independently at home.
  • Provide personal care, assist with household tasks, transportation, and medication management as needed.

About You:

  • You possess excellent communication skills and a patient, solution-focused approach.
  • You may have prior experience in aged or community care or be new to the field.
  • A valid driver's license and access to an insured, reliable vehicle are required.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is highly desirable but not necessary as comprehensive training is provided.
  • You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing client needs.
