Sales Associate Role Overview

As a sales associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked.
  • Build strong relationships with team members and other departments to promote a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and comfortable with on-the-job physical activity.
  • Customer-focused mindset and strive to deliver memorable shopping experiences.
  • Friendly attitude and comfortable connecting and interacting with people.
