Job Title: Guest Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Service Assistant in a 5-star hotel. Our clients are based in Melbourne CBD and Southbank, providing a great chance for career growth and development.

About the Job
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that rooms of all status are cleaned to a high standard.
  • This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces, making beds, replacing towels, linen, and amenities, servicing rooms, stripping bed linen, and removal of rubbish.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent time management, communication, and attention to detail skills. You must be able to work within a team, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a positive attitude under pressure.

You will also require:

  • Double Vaccination
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Valid Police Check
  • Physical fitness
  • A minimum of 3 months of work experience as a Room Attendant (desired but not required)
