We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Worker. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of elderly residents in our care facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on assistance with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support mobility and transfers to ensure comfort and safety.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition.
  • Maintain close observation of residents' health and report any changes.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability is highly desirable.
  • Ideal candidates will have 3+ months of experience in Aged Care.
  • A valid 2024/2025 Influenza Vaccine Record is essential.
  • An Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one) is required.
  • An NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one) is also necessary.
  • Candidates must hold full working rights in Australia.
