About This Role

Provide care and support to elderly residents in a aged care facility. Assist with daily living activities, transfers and positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care and Support Services: Provide personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
  • Transfer and Positioning Services: Support residents with mobility issues.
  • Dietary Assistance: Help with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Health Monitoring: Monitor changes in the health and well-being of residents and report accordingly.
  • Environmental Safety: Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certification: Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 months of experience in aged care is required.
  • Screening Check: NDIS Workers Screening Check is mandatory.
  • Working Rights: Full working rights in Australia are necessary.
