Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Water Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of various water infrastructure projects in Southeast Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget constraints.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and designers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate, manage and complete projects from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Evaluate and ensure that all quality assurance processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration as a Professional Engineer (RPEQ/CPEng).
  • Demonstrated experience in water and/or wastewater projects within a dynamic consulting and design environment.
  • Proven track record of leading project/technical teams and delivering results-oriented outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
