Job Title: IT Governance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Governance Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of independent, objective assurance and consulting services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT related internal and external audits, supported by a relevant qualification in IT or a business field. You will be able to evaluate recommendations with an understanding of business processes and the complexities of the operating environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing the design and effectiveness of internal controls and compliance systems related to IT across the global business.
  • Supporting evidence collection and related activities to ensure a successful annual IT external audit.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyse data across departments and develop new tests within our chosen data analytics platform.
  • Completing all assigned IT audits in line with the agreed scope and objectives covering areas including Cyber Security, Data Governance, and IT Project Reviews.

You will bring:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to accurately scope out the length and difficulty of tasks and projects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and good analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
