Job Title: Banking Professional

As a banking professional, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through proactive engagement with customers. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and inclusive team environment.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail banking setting. A strong knowledge of banking products and services is essential, as well as the ability to identify and meet the needs of customers through targeted marketing and recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance;
  • Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines;
  • Achieving individual sales targets by proactively identifying and marketing bank products and services beneficial to customers;

The ideal candidate will be positive, engaging, and able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Previous experience in retail banking or a related field is preferred but not required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience;
    OR an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience;
    OR a Bachelor's degree;
  • Previous experience working in a retail banking environment (not required);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong knowledge of banking products and services;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
