Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service in our Perth Virgin Airport store. As a customer service representative, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering an outstanding shopping experience to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing product knowledge and advice to customers
  • Processing inventory into the store and maintaining a visually appealing environment
  • Maintaining sale targets and driving revenue growth

As a member of our team, you will have access to brand perks and increased availability of shifts due to longer trade hours. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a talented team of professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts including weekends, weekdays, early starts, and late finishes.
