About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Plumbing. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world work environment while completing your Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

As a School-based Trainee, you will work alongside our experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge in plumbing and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for assisting with customer service, processing sales, and completing all requirements of the certificate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your confidence, develop your skills, and make a real difference in our business. If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of work and contributing to the success of the branch
