Plumbing Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Plumbing. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world work environment while completing your Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.
As a School-based Trainee, you will work alongside our experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge in plumbing and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, processing sales, and completing certificate requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Embracing the Reece values and policies
- Providing excellent customer service
- Completing all requirements of the certificate
- Processing sales and stock management
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Communicating with customers and staff
- Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
- Contributing to maintaining a high standard of the branch
We are looking for a team player who is willing to learn and take on new challenges. You should have good written and verbal communication skills, be able to follow instructions, and have a great attitude. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking to gain valuable work experience, we encourage you to apply.
As a School-based Trainee, you will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. You must have Saturday availability, and additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
