Join us as a Leadership Development Partner, and you'll be at the forefront of this journey. You'll work closely with our Organisational Development and Learning team to build a workforce that's ready for the future.

Your primary focus will be on managing end-to-end development programs for our leaders and aspiring leaders. This includes creating tailored learning experiences that cultivate leadership skills and empower growth.

You'll have the autonomy to design, develop, and facilitate programs that meet national standards and Synergy's unique needs. Your coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end delivery of leadership development programs for aspiring and existing leaders
  • Coaching and mentoring leaders to achieve their goals and align with Synergy's strategic objectives
  • Designing and developing learning programs that drive mindset and capability shifts
  • Building scalable leadership learning products and experiences
What We're Looking For:
  • A certified coach with experience in corporate environments and leadership development
  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication
  • A passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences
