Experienced Physiotherapist

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team in providing individualized or group physiotherapy services to clients in their homes and running group sessions across wellness hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and functional abilities to understand their needs.
- Develop and deliver individualized or group treatment plans based on clients' needs, goals, and preferences.
- Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions addressing mobility issues, pain management, and age-related conditions.
- Maintain accurate records and regularly assess and report on clients' physical and psychosocial capabilities to the care management team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Postgraduate Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage all aspects of compliance.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
