Job Details

A physiotherapist is required to deliver high-quality clinical care and promote wellbeing in a transitional aged care program.

The successful applicant will work with clients to assess and support rehabilitation needs, and provide consumer-centred interventions.

  • Delivers high-quality clinical care that makes a meaningful difference to clients and their families.
  • Assesses and supports rehabilitation needs, providing family-inclusive interventions.
  • Promotes independence and social empowerment within a recovery-focused framework.
  • Provides care within a home-visiting service, delivering care in the client's environment.
  • Contributes to a multidisciplinary team with onsite training and mentorship from experienced level 3 physiotherapists.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

  • Relevant qualifications in physiotherapy or a related field.
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Experience working in a transitional aged care setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
