Job Title: Rehabilitation and Wellness Consultant


A dynamic opportunity exists for a skilled professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation and Wellness Consultant. In this role, you will be working closely with individuals who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma to support their return to wellness.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with employees who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma to support their return to wellness
  • Work with medical specialists, other treatment providers, and allied health professionals to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Conduct initial assessments and perform worksite reviews
  • Monitor progress towards set goals and adjust plans as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (or equivalent)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
  • Case Management experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

What Makes You Successful
  1. 1. Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (or equivalent)
    2. Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
    3. Case Management experience would be advantageous
    4. Experience with professional documentation and/or report writing
    5. Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
    6. Passion to help people rehabilitate
