Job Overview

We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service and support in our buildings.

This role involves working with staff and visitors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have experience in hospitality or service delivery, strong customer service skills, and a 'can-do' attitude.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic customer service to staff and visitors in the buildings.
  • Assist with audio-visual equipment setup and emergency situations as needed.
  • Liaise with security guards and notify defects issues to the Property Help Desk.
  • Support staff with queries on facilities management services and amenities.

Requirements
  • You have experience in hospitality or service delivery and strong customer service skills.
  • You are willing to learn and have a 'can-do' attitude.
  • You are well-presented and well-spoken, able to build good relationships with stakeholders.
  • You adopt a one-team attitude with the Building Management team and partners.
