Job Description:

The Area Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting a portfolio of stores, working closely with Retail and Pharmacist Managers to drive results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales and profitability across stores
  • Managing wage budgets and expenses while ensuring efficient operations
  • Supporting merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives to maximize customer engagement
  • Overseeing inventory and stock control, ensuring best practice across all stores
  • Leading business reviews and implementing action plans to support growth
  • Coaching and mentoring store leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and team performance
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a self-motivated, hands-on leader with the following qualifications:

  • Experience in retail leadership, preferably within the pharmacy or healthcare sector
  • Proven ability to coach, inspire, and influence diverse teams
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • A proactive, customer-first approach and high standards of professional presentation
