Client Services Representative

WOW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist to work with our Finance client in Sydney CBD.
Key Highlights:
- $80 - $85k + super
- 3+ years of phone-based experience essential
- Outbound sales or customer service experience essential
About the Role:
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for following up warm leads and assessing application eligibility. You will collaborate with partners and customers to guide them through the application process efficiently and knowledgeably.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone and email, resolving issues proactively with follow-up as necessary.
- Outbound lead follow-up, assisting in selling company products and capturing new business applications.
- Work collaboratively with the team to optimize the overall customer experience.
- Assess bond applications and recommend approvals in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Advise brokers and customers on the best approach to obtain a bond, conduct searches, and examine credit data and financial statements.
- Proactively monitor and follow up on warm leads.
- Assist the COO with reporting on market intelligence and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Bubbly, upbeat, people person with a good sense of humor.
- 3+ years of experience in a phone-based customer-focused role is essential.
- Outbound sales or lead follow-up essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
