Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a MEP Cost Management Expert. In this role, you will lead MEP cost management functions and provide strategic advisory support throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive MEP cost advice and estimates
- Perform trade take-offs and BOQ pricing for MEP components
- Manage variations, site valuations, and MEP-specific risks
- Implement value management and cost optimisation strategies
- Attend design meetings and liaise with clients on MEP requirements
- Prepare cost reports and conduct financial reconciliation
- Perform feasibility studies and evaluate project viability
- Membership in a recognised professional body (e.g., RICS, AIQS, CIOB)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on MEP projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP cost management principles and industry practices
- In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and innovations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
