We seek an experienced Service Operations Leader to spearhead our team's maintenance and repair activities for a diverse range of farm equipment.
- A strong mechanical background, combined with supervisory experience in a similar role, is essential for this position.
- The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Agricultural, Automotive, Trucks, and Industrial equipment.
- Proven track record of mentoring, leading, and supporting teams to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- A customer-centric approach, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional results, is crucial for success in this role.
- Familiarity with industry-leading Dealer Management Systems is also necessary.
