Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. As an Agricultural Maintenance Officer-Fitter, you will be responsible for performing maintenance activities on machinery at the Processing and Packaging plant.

Your primary goal will be to ensure all machinery is running at optimum capacity with careful consideration given to production requirements and limited downtime without compromising safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fault Finding: Proven experience in identifying and rectifying faults in machinery.
  • Maintenance Planning: Ability to plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Spare Parts Management: Responsible for ordering spare parts and maintenance equipment, ensuring adequate stock is available.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and commitment to continuous improvement.
