About the Role:

As a butcher apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in a variety of areas, including:

  • Providing excellent customer service and handling cash transactions
  • Filling cabinet and replenishment trays to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Preparing sausages, burger patties, and kebabs to meet customer demands
  • Breaking down carcasses (lamb & pork) to create premium products
  • Cutting and trimming meat to exact specifications
  • Value adding through innovative product development
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and hygienic environment at all times
