About the Role
As a Delicatessen Manager at Coles, you will be responsible for leading the deli department and contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the community.
About Your Skills
You will need:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Direct/indirect leadership experience, as you will need to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
- To maintain excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, wastage, shrinkage, and quality control
- To simplify processes and adhere to strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards
- To drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety, and wellbeing first
- To deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers
