About the Role

As a Delicatessen Manager at Coles, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the deli department. This includes maintaining exceptional department standards, monitoring stock, rotation routines, wastage, shrinkage, and quality control.

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
  • Direct/indirect leadership experience, with a focus on leading, coaching, and developing your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
  • Ability to simplify processes and adhere to strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on driving a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering an outstanding shopping experience
