Job Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic leader to oversee the performance and development of our motor insurance product lines. This role will involve shaping product strategy, driving portfolio outcomes, and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle, overseeing implementation of product changes, and monitoring portfolio performance. You'll also lead customer and product strategy development, support technical pricing reviews, and collaborate with various teams to deliver improvements.

As a people leader, you'll coach and mentor team members, building their capabilities and delivering initiatives.

  • Strong experience in general insurance, with a focus on product and/or portfolio management.
  • Proven experience managing motor portfolios or a solid background in motor underwriting.
  • Strong understanding of private and commercial motor insurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product development, pricing reviews, or strategic planning.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders across underwriting, distribution, pricing, claims, risk, and compliance.
