Azure Data Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team in designing, building, managing, and maintaining data products in Microsoft Azure.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art Data Lakehouse environment, leveraging Azure Data Fabric and Informatica to deliver robust, scalable, and secure data solutions that enable advanced analytics capabilities.
- Create automated workflows for data ingestion, processing, and transformation using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Pipelines, or Informatica.
- Develop semantic data models for silver and gold layers of the Data Lake.
- Implement data validation, cleansing, and security measures to ensure high-quality, secure data.
- Design and implement ETL solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics or Informatica.
- Manage Data Warehouses and Data Lakes using Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Fabric.
- Build solutions for streaming data via Azure Stream Analytics or Azure Event Hubs.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering.
- Strong SQL and Python skills for data processing and scripting.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant Azure Data Engineer Associate certification.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, manage risks, and maintain technical standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving data pipeline and storage issues.
