Role Overview

What makes the position of a Baker at our Fulfilment Centre unique? We recognize that baking is not merely a profession; it is a passion.

In this role, you will be tasked with creating high-quality baked goods, including fresh bread and various bakery items for sale, in accordance with production schedules. You will ensure that all products meet the quality and availability standards required for customer orders delivered directly from the Fulfilment Centre.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Baking Trade
• Proven experience in a fast-paced bakery setting, demonstrating the ability to remain composed under pressure and meet deadlines
• A genuine passion for baking and a commitment to delivering customer-focused service
• Background in baking within a supermarket or food manufacturing environment
• Strong focus on adhering to safety standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
• Familiarity with automated production lines is advantageous but not mandatory.
