Job Summary

The Healthcare Businesswomen's Association is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Professional to join our team. As a Medical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales of designated pharmaceutical products in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Accurately and timely complete all sales reports and records, handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve team and company objectives.
  • Ensure timely reporting of adverse events, following company procedures.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated learning agility, with the ability to absorb new concepts and information quickly.
