Digital Transformation Specialist

A collaborative team is established to meet the challenges of a traditional engineering services and support clients with their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a client-facing team within the business, responsible for providing specialist subject matter advice to key growth markets.
- Drive the client-facing roadmap, and market penetration strategies across the Australian business.
- Communicate clearly, lead and inspire others, and translate technical client pain points to actionable service offerings.
You will also:
- Grow the demand for Digital Engineering services with both established and new clients.
- Help implement digitally-enabled ways of delivering engineering, construction, and maintenance activities.
- Help develop BIM and digital engineering practices, identifying new skill requirements and changes in capability, and sharing these practices with clients and delivery practitioners.
- Communicating the value proposition to the organisation and embed changes in the way BIM and collaborative information management practices are adopted across the project lifecycle.
- Monitor technological innovations in industry to ensure we remain contemporary in our delivery practices.
- You'll have a relevant tertiary qualification and accreditation or similar proof of training.
- A solid track record in developing and leading technically capable teams, driving a culture of problem-solving, collaboration and excellence, and strong communication.
