We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at Precruitment, a leading recruitment consultancy in Regional Queensland.
About the Role:
- Monitor and manage the ACRRP AC breakdowns mailbox to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Communicate effectively with schools and contractors to resolve AC operational issues.
- Enforce business rules and escalate issues to the DoE Regional Infrastructure Advisors as needed.
- Assign priority to breakdowns and create work requests and work orders.
- Provide technical advice to contractors on repair decisions.
- Review condition reports and validate recommendations for AC replacement.
- Provide regular reporting on breakdown status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake on-site condition assessments of existing split system ACs using an assessment template.
- Provide technical expertise to ensure efficient and effective resolution of AC issues.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
