Your Role
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating and independence.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' physical and emotional needs.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
  • Transport customers to appointments and social events, promoting their independence and mobility.
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, with compassion and understanding.

What We're Looking For
  • You're passionate about assisting our aged community and promoting their independence and wellbeing.
  • You hold a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, with a willingness to travel for work.
  • You're able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, prioritizing our customers' needs and safety.
  • You're available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
  • You're comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, with a willingness to ask for help when needed.
