About this Role

As a Banking Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This includes meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.

You will have in-depth knowledge of customer transactions and be able to complete these tasks accurately. Additionally, you will have the ability to engage in needs-based conversations and fulfill products as per your accreditation level.

This role is based mainly in branches and requires delivering a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and become strong advocates for their banking services.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide customers with seamless branch experiences by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
  • Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Take responsibility to know your customer from a risk perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
