Role Overview

\

As an Operational Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing organisational effectiveness through the analysis, design, development, and delivery of operational training programs.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to the learning needs of the entire Courts, Tribunals, and Service Delivery Division (CTSD), as well as developing, updating, and delivering programs to meet these needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality operational training programs for the business, both virtually via MS Teams and face-to-face.\
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of operational training programs to ensure they meet their intended objectives.\
  • Contribute to the development of operational training plans and strategies that align with business goals.\
  • Liaise with Divisional staff and managers to identify client needs; support the ongoing development of competencies and capability frameworks; and contribute to the achievement of corporate and business plan objectives.\
  • Develop and deliver training content that is engaging, interactive, and tailored to the needs of the audience.\
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant feedback and program evaluations.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operational training to continually improve training programs.\
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of training programs.\\
