Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling assistance: Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and update project schedules, track milestones, and ensure team alignment.
  • Documentation management: Prepare, distribute, and maintain essential project documents, including contracts, blueprints, meeting minutes, reports, and safety records.
  • Resource and procurement coordination: Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage materials, equipment, and delivery schedules, ensuring timely procurement and inventory accuracy.
  • Data collection and reporting: Monitor project data, including timelines, milestones, and costs, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Communication support: Act as a liaison between internal teams (manufacturing, logistics, engineering) and external stakeholders (suppliers, contractors) to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Quality control assistance: Document inspections, maintain quality records, and follow up on corrective actions to ensure project standards are met.
  • Administrative support: Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, recording minutes, coordinating travel, and organizing team activities.
  • Proposal and tender assistance: Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and tender documents to support the bid process.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, procurement, and quality control processes.
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
