Steakhouse Host

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals to fill the role of Steakhouse Hosts. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

As a Host, you will provide exceptional guest services, manage reservations, and maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu offerings.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have previous experience in guest services within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Experience with reservation systems, La Carte restaurants, and POS ordering systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest services and ensure a positive dining experience for all customers
  • Handle reservations and manage seating arrangements
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu offerings
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting tills and preparing for the next shift

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Experience with reservation systems, La Carte restaurants, and POS ordering systems (an advantage)
  • A valid RSA certificate (required)
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
