Cloud Computing Expert

This role involves collaborating with customers to accelerate their transition to cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture and operational health engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored solutions aligned with industry best practices to support customer operational readiness and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive satisfaction and successful solution deployment.
  • Identify and mitigate blockers, manage risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field AND 2+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting OR equivalent experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field AND 5+ years of experience in the above areas OR Master's degree in a relevant field AND 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (internal or external).
  • Technical certification in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure) or security.

The Cloud Computing Expert will play a critical role in driving customer success in the cloud. As a subject matter expert in Microsoft Azure architecture, they will collaborate with customers to develop customized solutions that meet their unique needs and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure technologies, as well as experience in IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, or equivalent experience.

They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
