Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking an experienced architect to lead the design and delivery of cloud infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a specialist in cloud infrastructure design and delivery phases
  • Architect various components within cloud infrastructure
  • Provide project governance and deliverables
  • Drive troubleshooting activities in your area of expertise
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to define target architectures
  • Lead proof-of-concept activities for new architectures
  • Identify gaps and issues in existing architectures and drive improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (CS, IT, Telecom) or equivalent
  • Strong system engineering experience in private cloud and/or telco space
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in one of the private cloud products (OpenStack/VMWare)
  • Experience implementing security controls to comply with regulatory requirements
  • Good understanding of network concepts and protocols
  • Demonstrated experience with Linux/Unix and main *nix services and components
  • Good understanding of software-defined storage principles and components
