**Regulatory Assurance Professional**

We're seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Assurance professional to join our team. As a key member of our assurance team, you will be responsible for helping our clients navigate the complex regulatory landscape and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Job Description**

  • Assess and provide feedback on client documents, procedures, and conduct against regulatory requirements and obligations, including breach reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process and governance improvement across topics such as prudential risk management and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the planning of engagements, drafting of client deliverables, project management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

  • A background in law or financial services risk and compliance, with at least two years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
