Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately receive and process new stock, ensuring it is available for sale within 24 hours
  • Manage daily stock replenishment to maintain an optimal shop floor display
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of the stockroom, including layout and staff training
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of receipts, transfers, and orders
  • Investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies or anomalies within 24 hours
  • Lead the stock take process, including weekly cycle counts and annual stock audits
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve stock on hand targets within key categories
  • Provide exceptional customer service on the shop floor, setting a positive example for colleagues

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have strong retail stock control experience in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for operational leadership and logistics management. You will be a team player who thrives in a dynamic retail business, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and customer experiences.
