As a key member of our Uni Hill Factory Outlet team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom and logistics function. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately receive and process new stock, ensuring it is on the shop floor within 24 hours
- Ensure daily replenishment of shop floor stock is accurate and efficient
- Manage all logistics of the stockroom, including layout and staff when required
- Verify the accuracy of receipting, transfers, and orders
- Investigate and correct any errors or anomalies in stock control within 24 hours
- Lead the stock take process over the 12-month period, including weekly cycle counts
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain stock on hand targets within key categories
- Provide exceptional customer service on the shop floor when required
To succeed in this role, you will require strong retail stock control experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You must be passionate about providing operational and logistical leadership in a dynamic retail business.
